Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Mason/Kings Island

The room was very clean and neat. Service was very friendly! Only thing I can recommend is maybe better pillows. But overall I would definitely recommend. Prices was reasonable and a BONUS THEY ARE PET FRIENDLY!!

Stayed at the Microstel in Mason near the Freeway and The Cincinnati Open Tennis Tournament which is within walking distance...about 25 min....The TV is very small for a hotel room, like maybe 16 inches diagonal. The beds are comfortable but We were there for 8 straight days and they will only change the sheets every 4th day.. Since these are hotel sheets they really should do this every 2nd day at the most! The breakfasts are Ok, always some fresh fruit like bananas and apples and maderin oranges. They only have reg Milk, no Oat or Almond...boo....The bagels are fresh and the toaster works OK. The eating area only has about 4 tables, maybe 5 so go early or take your breakfast to the room. And the TV doesn't have T2 tennis channel app. They need to add this to all the TV's. Parking is f

It’s very rare that I leave reviews, but after having my review repeatedly blocked on Expedia, I feel I have to share my experience. Within 10 minutes of checking in, I was greeted with one of the dirtiest rooms I’ve ever seen — stained bed blankets, stained window couch, holes in the walls, and even bugs. I immediately requested a refund, but of course, the manager was “not available.” The front desk staff told me to call Monday. When I did, the manager said a refund request had been submitted and to check with Expedia. After several days with no refund, I contacted Expedia support, who told me they’d made multiple attempts to reach the manager with no success — so they couldn’t process my refund. Now, whenever I call, the manager is conveniently “not there” and refuses to return calls

Very clean room, friendly check in, and comfortable beds. Decent breakfast in the morning. I'd definitely stay again!
