The receptionist was amazing, loved her. The location was perfect for us as we wanted to shop. The rooms were a bit of a let down. The window had a large crack in the glass. The tv was static-y and there was no convenient power outlet to charge my phone. One side of the bed had the outlet, but not the other. The desk also had no outlet nearby. The hair dryer also did not work, but that was only a small issue.

CPS gave us a two night stay here for our reunification since we currently don’t have a place. Beware they secretly charge you for service animals. I noticed on my service animal that on her arm it looked like someone shaved her with an electric razor for a blood draw from a clinic a day after checking out at the hotel. Which we didn’t not take her to the vet. The room didn’t have the ac turned on. The window towards traffic was not sealed properly. You were unable to hear the tv because of the excessive traffic noise. TV channels were lame. The closest door was hanging off. You can definitely tell that the rooms are never cleaned properly around the beds. The bed frames are damaged and broken. The staff are rude. I used to work for a hotel. I am appalled!

Good value. Mattresses are uncomfortable, rooms are small, and breakfast has a lot to be desired but the value is there. The staff I met were all extreme kind and helpful. Housekeeping does a great job to keep things looking nice, even if they are older and a little worse for wear.

If you're a fan of bed bugs, ambulance and police sirens in the middle of the night and a general disgusting atmosphere... Then this is the perfect place for you! People are smoking meth pretty much in the hallway and the need to make sure you're window is locked on the ground floor was felt immediately. When I complained about the room I was given because the TV did not work whatsoever... I was moved to a room where the air conditioner doesn't work at all. I woke up in the early morning itching and to my dismay I had bed bug bites on my arms, back and two on my eyebrow. The rooms are tiny and the TV 's are not much bigger than my tablet and positioned in weird places where they are hard to see.
