So, my family and I stopped in to this hotel to check prices for an upcoming surgery that my dad has in a few weeks. The location is convenient to Parkwest hospital. Upon arrival to the hotel, the hotel smelled nice but the service was horrible. My father is disabled and my mother is blind. We were treated horribly! The man behind the counter didn't act professional or like he cared to help us. Very unprofessional! No commitment to assist. They needed to use the restroom and were denied. Supposedly, the bathroom was out of order. But we just saw someone come out of it. I think that he wanted to leave the bathroom for guests; however, they needed to go and was denied. I don't recommend this hotel for anyone in terms of the service. While looking over a few reviews, perhaps it was best. Giv
I thought this would be a good hotel but I've stayed in nicer motels. The A/C was not on in the room and is only on side so one bed stays hot. The room smelled okay but looked like it hasn't been completely cleaned in quite a while. Outlets are not secured in place. When walking around I was able to feel good sized holes in the actual floor under the rug. Bed sheets were also stained. I would recommend paying more to stay at other hotels.
My only complaint is the air conditioning, it REALLY NEEDS to serviced!! In order to stay cool you practically had to hang out right in front of the AC unit. Otherwise, very convenient location with easy access to whatever you might need such as restaurants, gas stations, grocery stores and the interstate. I stayed in a handicap accessible room and I must say this properties updates to their rooms and in particularly bathrooms was quite impressive. The bathroom was nicer than some other more expensive hotels I've stayed in.
Loved the room and beds were comfortable. Great location convenient to interstate, food, and entertainment! would def stay again!
The bed and sheets seemed clean and were comfortable but the rest of the room and bathroom could have used cleaning and better upkeep. There were huge kid drawings on the wall and what looked like food stains on the walls. The bathroom mirror had red streaks of paint or something on it. It wasn't nicely decorated not that decoration is a big deal but it just didn't seem well taken care of. We didn't feel very safe. I did not sleep well. We left as early as we could in the morning.
