Cleanest place I had ever seen lately , costumer service A plus 👍 Newly remodeled Super clean and Quiet, I love it , we will Definitely stay here again . 200% recommended 👍👍 beds super comfortable and bathroom super nice 👍

Worst experience I have ever had at a hotel. Do not stay at this hotel. It looks like they just stopped mid renovation. But that’s not the worst part. The room itself was decent. Their ice machine is a household countertop ice machine in the lobby. The room still had hair on the floor in the wall. There was half used bottles of conditioner. The Wi-Fi didn’t make it to my room and all I kept getting from the hotel staff was the password is guest. They updated their check-in system and nobody knows how to use it. It took me a half hour to actually get checked in then it took me a half hour to get checked out and I’ve left now without knowing whether I actually got checked out or not. I was unable to get a receipt which means I probably will not get reimbursed by my company. Which was the who

The hotel looked newly renovated. They had me check-in online so I could just pick up the key at the desk.....but I had to still do normal check-in at the desk....so that was pointless. Room didnt have a room number plaque but was labeled with blue painters tape and marker...so could be part of the renovation not complete yet. Our room was reserved for 2 but there was only 1 towel. The towel was super white and fluffy but the towel i got from the desk was slightly not so white and every thin like the towels other hotels use in their pool area. There is no mini fridge in the room. Bed frame is higher than a normal bed.....had to work a butt cheek up and then work the rest of me up....im 5'3. If the beds are gonna be that high there needs to be a stool or pull-out step for easier in and out

The rooms were renovated, clean, and comfortable. I was in by a single room which was small but perfect for one or two travelers. It had a comfortable queen sized bed and a cute reading nook fitted against the window. The TV was large and easy to use. The bathrooms were well stocked and updated, including a rain bar style drain. The lobby and room decor was simple but lovely. The breakfast offered was limited but great for grab & go including boxed juice, granola bars, fresh fruit, and packaged muffins.
