Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Bentonville

We stayed in the newly renovated room and it was very clean but the mini fridge and the lamp took all the plugs on one side of the bed so there wasn’t a place to charge your phone without unplugging the lamp. The mini fridge was really loud and sounded like a fountain all night. The room has an overwhelming smell of cleaner that didn’t go away. That being said the beds weren’t bad and the staff was very nice. It’s not terrible just an average hotel that worked for what we needed at the time.

Lovely little place to stay. Sayed here twice for my week long trip to vist family and I could not have asked for a better stay each time. Staff was friendly and helpful each time I stayed. Thank you for a great stay.

Wonderful hotel. Everything was great! Check In/Out was easy, room was very clean and staff was very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was very good. Had numerous options to choose from. Internet was easy to access for work and available tv channels gave you lots of options when in the room. Would stay here again if in the area.

The rooms are non smoking but smell like stale smoke. The door keys take several times to work. Breakfast ends at 9 but nothing was restocked after 7:30. We use the breakfast to decide where we stay to save on spending and was very disappointed. Positive, the beds were comfortable.

Very friendly staff, comfy rooms - WITH a fridge and microwave without an extra charge like some places are doing. The dining area is spacious and clean, coffee and juice always available, and, none of this handing over a cold breakfast biscuit to put in a lobby microwave - they give you a REAL breakfast! Plenty of hot and cold choices. This will be my go-to place when we visit family now ☺️
