MHO Hotel Dover

I bored a room for the weekend and I absolutely loved it. Very clean comfy and also the housekeepers made sure we had everything we needed and more. Very good experience. I’m from out of town but I will definitely be back. Keep up the good work guys 😊

Was in room 144 for about 20 minutes before we went and asked for a refund. The heater did not work, it just blew ice cold air. The guy came and unplugged it, plugged it back in and pressed buttons but it changed nothing. He said he could give us another room and he’d be back. He didn’t come back so I went to the front desk and he wasn’t even trying to change our room. He just reiterated that he could give us another room. I said no I’d just like a refund. He said he probably wasn’t able to refund the room price but could give us the deposit back. I said I didn’t care about the room price. I just wanted my $100 back. The room was filthy. Drawers that didn’t close and didn’t have bottoms to it. The fridge looks like it had never been cleaned. The floor doesn’t look like it had been swept or

being under new management seems to have also brought the place to where it needs to be!! The staff was more than accommodating and friendly ESPECIALLY the morning desk clerk Harriett!! my room smelled like vanilla when I first walked in they even had a brand new coffee maker sitting on the counter,I slept like a baby and I WILL BE BACK GUARANTEED…thank you MHO for making my stay the most comfortable stay

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The room was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully maintained, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay.

Very nice clean room front desk clerk and housekeeping very friendly and helpful I understand they had a lock problem that was fixed immediately also the heat didn’t warm up as fast which I understand cause the freezing temperature outside.Their lake view was amazing.This is not a 5 star hotel just yet but with the new employees and the GM I’m sure this place will reach a 5 star very soon. When checking in I noticed guest being rude to the employees acouple had complaints that was addressed bye the night desk clerk and the 2 nice housekeepers that was willing to help and wait on us in freezing weather
