McKnight Hotel

I knew that this hotel was under construction when I booked, however, the person I spoke with on the phone assured me that the half I would be staying in would be completed and brand new. It was not. We had to walk through construction site to get to our room. Our room had peeling wallpaper, a weird smell, a tub that leaked fiercely, the floors had not been vacuumed and the refrigerator did not work. Again, I understand that it was under construction, but the housekeeping made no attempt to vacuum the hallway floors or wipe down the elevators. I do not recommend this hotel until it is completely finished. And then I probably still wouldn’t stay.

The entire hotel is under a considerable amount of construction & not safe for use right now. It should not be open or renting rooms. I stayed for one night with 2 friends. We all ended up leaving early due to headaches, sinus issues, coughing and sore lungs and throat from all the dust and particles. Inside the hotel room all the wallpaper was peeled and the room was smelly and dusty from construction. The toilet wasn’t flushing properly. One friend is heading to the ER.

I definitely do not agree whith the other Karens that had to overcome their midlife crisis by writing a bad recommendation for this beautiful place. Visiting a Blue Color taaawn and not being able to deal with a bit of work is double standard. But rooms are amazing and bets very comfy. Best Value if you want to support the Stillersss in this beautiful taaaawn.

Was handed my room key and told to watch my step when I arrived, when I finally found my way out of construction I was greeted by a room that wasnt cleaned from the previous guests.
