Mc Kinley Corner Inn

Reasonably priced rooms. Not a 4 or 5 star hotel. Rooms are not ultra modern. THIS IS WHAT YOU WOULD EXPECT FOR A PLACE TO STAY WHILE HUNTING, FISHING, ATV OR ORV RIDING UP NORTH. Nice fire pit out back that is always stocked with wood. There is also a grill or two under a pavilion. Bar/restaurant across the street. Food there is ok. IMO its a nice place to stay while enjoying northern Michigan.

Best and ONLY hotel in Mc Kinley. Very nice staff, Continental breakfast, coffee with all the fixings. Bed was comfortable and the room was clean.

We were camping nearby and my husband needed a hot shower to help relieve his pain. The woman at the desk quickly got us registered and we were in the room in no time. The water was good and hot, which gave him quicker relief. Although it didn't take long to get relief, we kept the key until morning in case he needed another hot water shower. Planning on reserving a room next year, just to be safe.

I stayed July 15 through July 17. I was able to get checked in early. Rooms were clean. Staff friendly. I will stay again. ICE available in the office area to restock your cooler, which is convenient. Also, coffee and bagels available for breakfast 😁.

Girls' night was successful due to location to Bar (walking distance) and affordability of rooms! Clean, most comfortable bed at a motel I have encountered! Staff was super friendly, and bagel/coffee much appreciated!
