Mayfair Inn and Suites

Honestly, the room I got was super clean and was everything I needed for my last minute trip. The hotel is super close to the train so it was easy to get around. Beds were cozy, no bugs no stains. There was a smartTV in my room which was a plus. I was running up the YouTube n Netflix while I was in the room. Employees were very nice. Only complaint I have is there wasn’t a shower curtain and the only soaps that were in my room were shampoo/conditioner and I had to bring in my own towels. Other than that though, If you need somewhere to stay on a last minute trip like I did , I definitely recommend this place.

This is one hotel I will NEVER stay at again. Before arriving, I read the reviews and I was a bit cautious. The day of my booking, they stopped answering all phone calls so arrived to the hotel early since l couldn't call only to be greeted to the fact that any early check in before 3PM is an extra $30. Then they also told me that the elevator was out of service so I had to walk up 6 flights of stairs everyday. The stairs also weren't very well lit. Once entering my room, I discovered the television did not work and the linen had hair from whoever was previously in the room. Also, the shower is set up disastrously. The shower head points out towards the edge which causes water to go well beyond the shower. After all these inconveniences upon after discovering the room and hotel needed more

I had a very positive 4-star experience at the Mayfair Inn and Suites. The location was a major highlight, earning a solid 4-star rating for its convenience. Both the rooms and service were dependable and met the standard 3-star expectation, making for a comfortable and pleasant stay overall.

Scrolling through these one-star meltdowns from delusional divas who apparently can’t read a hotel description or the check-in info about housekeeping every 3 nights/on request. Bless your hearts, expecting daily maid service Clean room, strong Wi-Fi, hot shower, comfy bed, everything functional. Staff friendly, neighborhood quiet and safe. This is a budget hotel in a residential suburb area near transit, not a $500/night Soho penthouse with daily towel art and endless drawers. Whining about ‘no storage’ or it being ‘basic’? Darling, you booked the cheap rate; expectations don’t come with upgrades. Housekeeping every 3 nights or on request? Clearly stated at booking and check-in… guess literacy is optional these days. Perfect value: clean, comfy, convenient, zero pretensions. I’d retur

The hotel is very close to the subway (M train) and your in Manhattan within a few minutes. The staff is super nice and helpful. The room is good, however the AC and toilet sometimes caused small issues. In general this hotel provides a great value for the price.
