My husband and I both have worked in the hotel business before. I would recommend this hotel as a Great Place to stay. A Caring Staff Makes A Hotel Stay Worth Returning To. When A Guest Experience The Care of The Staff There Is No Doubt In My Mind *THAT GUEST NOT ONLY WILL RETURN BUT WILL TELL OTHERS OF THE GREAT CARE THEY RECEIVED and MORE GUEST WILL COME. I got this hotel for a tuesday night and booked my reservation online. $80/night. i get there and the lady at the desk quickly is unprofessional to the gentleman who just walked up as she’s talking to him matter-of-factly. umm.. ok. She gives me my room and it’s right off the elevator… but they have many other rooms that have a balcony view while i get to look at the ice machine.. ok. i get in the room and the a/c is set to 80 while it’s 100 outside. i’ve never been to a hotel where my room is not cold and ready for me. do not recommend. also, they don’t have the basic amenities like a coffee machine, microwave (although stated on listing?) not worth it.

When we checked in, the lady at the 'front desk' was rude and curt. When we arrived to the room, the fridge and microwave I had requested was not there and my husband killed a roach within 5 minutes. When I called the front desk requesting the missing items (along with an extra pillow because there were only 3 flat ones on a bed meant for 2 people) I was told that I'd have to move rooms, if available, and at an extra charge. I declined and requested an extra pillow. I was told there was none and she hung up. The PTAC was propped up by a 2x4, a clear OSHA violation, and the bed was so subpar that it was literally a mattress on metal. The sheets were so old and worn that there was a rip in them by morning. I saw a cockroach in the room. The blankets have bleach stain and several small holes. Atleast one of the large mirrors have camera. The bathtub is filthy. You get what you pay for. Pay more and get a better place.
