Days Inn & Suites by Wyndham Tucker/Northlake

We were very dissatisfied with the cleanliness and safety of our room, as well as the responsiveness of the staff. We checked in to our room late in the evening and dropped off our bags so that we could get some food before stores in the area closed. We arrived back to the hotel about 45 minutes later. As we began to settle in to our room, we noticed several issues, including (1) tears in the bed spread and sheets, (2) scuff marks on the pillow cases, (3) holes in the curtains, (4) stains and scuff marks on the furniture, (5) dust on the furniture, (6) broken furniture (e.g., TV stand doors would not shut fully), (7) human hair stuck to the bathroom walls and ceiling, (8) small bugs in the refrigerator and bath tub, and (9) a cockroach in the bedroom. Positive: location Negative: smelled, unfriendly staff, unacceptable breakfast (very limited options, no protein), card key not working, hotel towels, noisy (you could constantly hear the elevator)

We came to Atlanta for a 3 day party weekend! The location to the party was 1 parking lot over to our hotel! The target is across the street.. down the block is a gas station! Plenty of places serving food 24 hours a day! The hotel outside was SPECTACULARLY clean! Barely seen any garbage if at all around the property! Inside the lobby and breakfast area had been tirelessly attended too making the places sparkle and inviting! The rooms were nice.. and the elevator worked when we stayed! They have a VERY VERY sanitized fitness room and everyone behind the desk was very nice very helpful and it was a great choice 😀 thank you again for providing us a safe and clean space to spend our time!

Going through a relationship break up, stressed out at work. I needed to get away from the Children and the family for the holidays. I spent two days there. the day after Christmas and the day before New Year’s. It was so peaceful and relaxing, and I was still able to do my work at the same time. The location is excellent their stores and restaurants in a vicinity. Overall, it was worth it runaway Mom.

Room poorly maintained. Door did not close tightly, no clock, continental breakfast was skimpy (very limited choices). Not as advertised.
