Knights Inn Tucker

I hate being this way because I want to see all business thrive. Yet, upon staying here, when I requested a later check out time, the staff was VERY rude and gave me 30 MORE MINUTES!!! THEN proceeded to bang on the door LITERALLY making me leave, EVEN WHEN I offered to pay for another night!! Honestly, do NOT waste your time giving them your money if you don't mind getting disrespected!! They do not treat their guest properly!! Even though It's NOT a Holiday Inn, the least they could do is act like they are on THAT level!!

When I first walked in, I was greeted with the best customer service ever. Everyone who works here, has exceptional customer service. The rooms are extremely clean. They care about all guests well-being. The landscaping is clean and well manicured, the rooms clean, spacious and comfortable. The beds are the best. Microwave, refrigerator. Their coffee is excellent, great taste. It's worth it.

Singh was very helpful and a great employee. He made sure I was satisfied with the service offered.

I stay in hotels often, but this was the worst experience. Very uncomfortable and noisy. If you want to sleep well, spend a little extra money and choose another hotel.
