Bhagat Hotels Stone Mountain Atlanta BW Signature Collection

I stayed here for almost 3 weeks while awaiting my home closing . The stay was pleasant. The staff at the front desk was as helpful , friendly and knowledgeable. The housekeeping was even better. Always pleasant and willing to go beyond. I would definitely recommend 10/10. Thank you for being my comfort zone until it was time to move on from Georgia .

I had to travel last minute to Atlanta for a conference and my go-to hotels weren’t available. I’m glad I found this property because it did everything well for my needs. It was close to where I needed to go. The staff was kind and efficient for check in. They assigned me a room that met my need for a ground level room. Parking was easy and there are tons of stores nearby. Donuts and grocery stores and coffee are walkable albeit I drove. The room was comfortable but not perfect. Lighting was a bit poor and the heating was also bad. With temperatures falling into the 20s, I would have liked if my thermostat worked to get the room out of the low 60s. Don’t let pictures of the outside fool you! After reading many reviews I took a chance on this place and I’m glad I did! The outside is nothing special but the inside is top tier. The lobby is nice, and the room was excellent! Everything was clean. The shower was updated to a walk in glass shower that looked brand new. The water was hot. There was a refrigerator and when I called the front desk about a microwave they brought one to my room, no problem! The A/C worked perfectly and the beds were comfortable as well as the pillows. Again, clean! Never saw a bug or anything you may be worried about staying in a lower end hotel. The only thing I’d say be prepared for is they require a $100 deposit. I wasn’t aware of that until check in. But you’ll get it back within a few days of checking out.

I cloud give 10 stars i would, rooms are clean bathroom white and sparkling towels white and crisp, no mold stains anywhere, when you walk in the room smells clean and you immediately relax, people super nice helpful, yummy breakfast, kitchen lady is super sweet and the receptionist is a doll, i can't be more satisfied with the attention,quality and cleanliness of the place please don't ever change staff a good taff keeps a place running like this. Super budget friendly i seen 4 star hotels that don't have this type of cleanliness or attention best place I've stayed where i pay so little, staff needs to be payed like rock stars

The room was a role in shower handicap accessible room. Sure it was roomy but the bathroom flooded all the way to the toilet. The handle for the water would only give you hot water. The hardware cover was loose and spinning around. There was a hole in the back wall of the shower. The entire bathroom experience was terrible. Then when we got down to the lobby at 7:00 a.m. the door was not open. I had to call the front desk then she tried the oh I can't hear you talk louder routine. It was like a shock that the front door wasn't unlocked. Pretty sure that has to be unlocked every single morning. Then we got down to the Continental breakfast. The waffle mix was completely out. Got enough for 3/4 of a waffle. The attendant was not in the food area. She came in about 10 minutes later. There was
