Positive: "" Negative: Hotel was dirty staff was very unprofessional and the water went out while I was showering smelled like cigarettes everywhere. Bed sheets and pillows smells terrible as well. Overall a disappointing holiday in experience.

The facade of this hotel is absolutely beautiful. It’s well lit and has ample parking, which unfortunately is where the positives mostly end. The ladies at the front desk the night of our check-in were pleasant enough, but they failed to mention the additional $99.99 incidental hold on top of the room charge. When we went back down to ask about it, they played the classic “Oh, we discussed that during check-in” card — which absolutely did not happen, and I’m confident the CCTV footage would confirm that. Once we got to the room, the problems became impossible to ignore. The seal under the door was torn off and literally hanging there. The bathroom ceiling was essentially falling apart. Perfectly placed, this hotel is a launchpad to the city—downtown dreams just 30 minutes away. The staff? A cheerful crew, always ready with a smile. Breakfast, however, seemed to pull a disappearing act; by 8:30 a.m., the buffet was more memory than meal, day after day. Forgotten your toothbrush? Feeling under the weather? Better pack ahead—essentials are nowhere in sight. Still, despite the small stumbles, the welcoming spirit and unbeatable location made the stay feel like a near-miss at something truly special. A little polish, and this place could easily sparkle.

I usually have a pretty good stay at this hotel. Nice restaurant options, LA fitness, and police station in the area. Unfortunately I had to experience two ladybugs and the biggest water bug just causally climbing on the wall. The card key system went down which caused the front to walk ever to their room.

Loved my stay! The room was spotless and the bed was very comfortable. The guy doing room service was also very polite and friendly. Great hospitality.
