Courtyard by Marriott Atlanta Northlake

Was it terrible? Not really once you finally make it to your room.. Would I pay my money to stay here again? No lol. The staff is fine they’re nice nothing wrong with that. But it feels like this hotel wasn’t ready to be open and maybe they should’ve finished their renovations before accepting guests… the hallways are soooo long and freezing cold and look like a haunted house.. it’s like a 5 mile walk to get to your room. There’s no elevator and I had 4 bags to carry upstairs I feel like that’s something people should know before they pay.. You have to put the key on the door like 5 times for it to unlock.. The WiFi sucks and when you try to upgrade it it doesn’t work so I couldn’t get any work done. The front of the building and the lobby look nice but once you pass there it looks like a

There was a snowstorm in Atlanta this past Saturday, I flew in from Baltimore to host the wellness event, the city of Atlanta had closed down and this hotel here accommodated myself over 60 guest at the drop of a dime. There Southern hospitality is unmatched they showed us love they were respectful And we are grateful for them. We will always book with them they are adding elevators to enhance the building but please give them a chance . The rooms were clean, the showers were hot, and the towels were fresh. Thank you so much the manager was excellent the overnight manager was excellent and I promise this will be the only hotel I stay at in Atlanta.

Wow. It’s been a while since I rated a hotel with a 1 star, but this one does deserve this. We stayed with friends and they all had the same opinions. ||As a Bonvoy elite, you only receive a $10 credit per day at the Bistro, which is only open for breakfast. It closed at 10am, and no one told me nor were there any visible posted signs, so we went next door to Jason’s Deli. ||The room itself is ok and the bed is comfortable. Our room had an ironing board but no iron. And since there are no phones in the room, I went to the front desk to request one. It never came. Our friend had an opposite experience where he didn’t have an ironing board. So together we were made whole. Another friend had all the tv cables pulled out so he had to put it back together. Positive: I only loved the location. Negative: I did not like that our room was never restocked with towels, we had to bed for them. Our room was never cleaned. They’re renovating the building so the elevator didn’t work. There were messes in the hall.

Grateful day, did not get a room. My elderly mother had to use the restroom, it was 9pm we where driving done the highway. I pulled up to the door let her out and parked the staff was so nice. I just wantvto say thank you very much.
