Mason Inn

I had a very disappointing stay at the Mason Inn. My first room had bugs, and despite repeated complaints, no one addressed the issue. I had to personally ask the housekeeper to spray because the front desk never followed through. After checking back in, my new room had repulsive debris in the carpet. When I reported it, staff brushed it off and accused me of complaining too much. The housekeeper even questioned my use of boric acid, knowing I’d reported bugs. The front desk also claimed they had no rooms for service animals, yet gave me an accessible room. The grounds were dirty despite strict policies, and the building is in serious need of remodeling. Unprofessional and unhygienic—I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

This place has cockroaches. Neither need to spray keep better maintenance at the hotel. The bed was fine is the roaches that got me it’s up to you if you want to stay in a dirty motel, but if it’s got roaches, it’s a dirty motel I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau and EPA

The experience at this establishment was disappointing due to the manager's behavior. Upon arrival, despite having already paid and received my key, the manager approached me to inquire once again about the presence of pets. I do not have any pets, and I anticipated that the absence of pet-related items would make that clear. Additionally, I had previously informed the check-in staff about this. However, the manager's response was somewhat brusque, stating, "just want to make sure. Don't want to evict you," which contributed to an uncomfortable atmosphere. The room presented several notable issues. Firstly, the color scheme appeared quite unappealing.
