Marriott St. Louis Airport

We were in town for a family funeral and a large number of us stayed at this hotel. It was clean, clearly laid out and beautiful. The staff were all wonderful. They were efficient, warm and welcoming. I asked for a room change to be closer to my family. It was done easily with no fuss. The staff were all pleasant. The rooms were clean, the fridges were cold. There was safe boxes, plenty of room to hang clothes. If you have an overnight, weekend or business week stay, this is a good place. I appreciated the emails before and after our stay from the general manager, Ryan Konz. It was clear that excellent service was their intention, and communication was key. Highly recommend!

Our unexpected layover in St Louis caused by a weather delay impacted what should have been a simple connection. There were no other flights that evening. I quickly called this property after checking availability on my BONVOY App to verify if there was timely shuttle service to and from the airport ( yes 24/7, every 20 minutes ) and full service restaurant. My son and I had long delays at our originating airport - it had been a long day - and we wanted a nice place on property to eat. Knowing the Brand standards and hearing transportation and dining were in fact available, I booked our room. By the time we walked to the shuttle area a few minutes after I booked online and spoke with the friendly front desk, there was the van! The driver could not have been more pleasant! Within minute

I saw old pictures and thought there was a hot tub.. it's gone! The pool was super cold too. Boo! Everything in the rooms/bathrooms needs maintenance. For the price we paid the corners should be spotless and the shower should have fresh caulking. This was not the case in our room. Things looked used, not fresh. We went to the buffett and had excellent service and most of the food was good. The fruit looked delicious but when I tried it, it tasted like it had been out all night. Yuck!

The service we received during our stay was superlative. Specifically, staff: Taylor, Shaunie, Latoya, Matt and Nolan treated me and my family like Royalty!!!! Shaunie and Latoya ensured that all rooms were accommodating and comfortable. Taylor, Matt , Paula and Nolan ensured that our dining experiences were enjoyable and excellent . I would recommend this location especially for big events and/or family gatherings. Thank you for your hospitality, professionalism and service.
