My stay at the Marriott Grand Residence Club, Lake Tahoe was outstanding from start to finish. The location couldn’t be more perfect—just steps away from the Heavenly gondola, making it ideal for skiing and exploring the village. The suites are incredibly spacious, featuring a full kitchen that’s perfect for cooking after a day on the slopes and a private jacuzzi tub that adds a touch of luxury and relaxation. The staff were warm and attentive, always ready to help with local recommendations or quick service requests. A fantastic hotel in the perfect location in South Lake Tahoe. We booked the day before we checked in as part of our road trip and we were pleasantly surprised, the property has a lot of character, sort of ski chalet vibe. Staff were all help and friendly, particularly the lady on check in who had just joined in October (didn’t catch her name). Whilst our room was nothing particular special, it was still clean, tidy and comfortable. There are no bars or restaurants within the hotel but they offer you a discount card which can be used in some of the restaurants, bars, shops in the area. The pool area is very nice, although they were doing minor construction work at the time. The large pool is nice, but the jacuzzi was lovely! Great stay, would recommend, thank you.

Positive: Location and Style Negative: Early check out time of 10;00 a.m., the cleaners were already banging on the door much earlier than this time.

This is a fantastic resort! We stayed in a gorgeous 2 bedroom suite with a kitchen and large balcony overlooking the Heavenly Village gondola. The employees at the front desk and the housekeeping staff were all very friendly and helpful. There were laundry facilities available on our floor. Outdoors there is a heated pool, 2 hot tubs, a fire pit and 4 gas bbq grills with utensils. It's an easy walk to the casinos and shopping. Valet parking was very efficient. There is no bell service, so you will have to lug your own bags to your room, but there are luggage carts available. We had such a great time!

This is our go-to place to stay at the Heavenly Ski resort. Very convenient location (within walking distance) to all the restaurants, stores, cafes, and the Heavenly Gondola. Rooms are clean and decent with a kitchen, pool/hot tubs are comfortably heated, very friendly staff, valet parking and EV charging options (both extra costs) are convenient.
