Marker 8 Hotel & Marina

We stayed for 2 nights, and really enjoyed it! This hotel is so cute, so much thought has been put into the comfort of the guests. Gina checked us in, and was very friendly. Krissy helped us with the firepit in the evening, and was just so sweet and attentive. Breakfast was awesome, and the staff was wonderful. The view is fantastic, and it's an easy walk over the bridge to visit the historic district. I would gladly stay here again!

The room and overall atmosphere were absolutely beautiful. The location was great when going to the historic district. A gourmet breakfast and hor douerves hour were fantastic. My only complaints would be that the AC box was extremely loud and it was hard to hear the TV or people over it. The walls were pretty thin so I heard other people's conversations. Also, since the room was pretty pricey I would've expected there to be better wifi. My fiance and I brought our Playstation and neither of us could play individually due to wifi. Otherwise than that you cant beat the location and overall atmosphere.

Check in was fast, easy, welcoming and informative. Staff was super friendly. The view at this marina hotel on the Matanzas River was beautiful. Right beside the Bridge of Lions. Rooms were very clean and the beds were extremely comfy. |Wish our stay was longer to enjoy the pool/hot tub and fire pit. |Definitely next time.

Stayed for 2 nights. Location is awesome with walk distance to see the night of lights. Has back porch to sit and relax with nice water views of the bay. The room was pretty decor but has an old air conditioning, that AC was kind of loud for a beautiful room and hotel, they need to upgrade that part. It’s an old version of air conditioning. Some bottom didn’t works until you pushed like 2-3 times. Also the room only has small fridge and coffee maker. Didn’t have microwave even in each floor where usually other hotels has ice machine and microwave area. On Christmas Eve or Christmas Day (where was those 2 days we were staying in) not many places to eat were open. So I had food brought with us and wanted to heat them up I had to ask front desk and she said she can heat them up for me and she
