Margaritaville Resort Cape Cod

I’ve stayed here a few times over the years 5 in total this time the resort had been remodeled. We booked the jimmy buffet sweet the description of what the room had and the room received was different. The description said jacuzzi and fire place when there was not a bath at all just a stand up shower the sweet was 400 no fire place this place is for kids so I don’t understand why there wasn’t even a bathtub. Later that night around 9 pm i went to thw front seat to ask for a blanket the one they give for The one they give for the pull out couch was thin throw blanket, I was informed that all the house keeping was gone and they didn’t have any. I did however receive an extra set of sheets. All in all the waterpark was good. The restaurant was so so but great service the live band was awesom

Huge shout out to Sophia at the front desk!! We had an excellent experience from start to finish. Sophia went above and beyond to accommodate us. Mike set the tone of our vacation weekend with his personality and hospitality. He started a conga line with music and me my grandchildren and our luggage in tow! The kids had so much fun at the waterpark. They loved the balloon guy and the arcade! We loved the hostess at the restaurant and our waiter Kyle was so fun and gave us the best service too!! The two bedroom apartment we got was so clean, comfortable and roomy! My family and I will definitely be back. Love Nanny Franki and the Keilty Family!

This was my first ever massage and it was wonderful! The environment was relaxing and the spa was tucked away, far from all of the hustle and bustle of the resort. The rooms were quiet and serene, and the entire treatment made me feel rejuvenated afterwards. Amy was so welcoming and kind, and made me feel so comfortable. We booked the therapeutic massage with added foot scrub and CBD eye mask and I can't recommend these treatments enough!

Positive: Staff were very friendly and attentive, pool area was very nice, and Landshark restaurant was very good. The kids also loved the free smores at night. Negative: Hallways were too warm, thermostat in room didn't work, and refrigerator leaked.

I spent the day at Margaritaville with my father, and we decided to stop by LandShark to relax at the bar. The atmosphere was lively and welcoming, and the food was genuinely impressive. What really made the experience stand out, though, was the exceptional service from Kaike. He went above and beyond to make us feel completely at home, checking in often and making sure we had everything we needed. He even changed the television to the station we wanted without us having to ask twice. It was one of those simple, memorable outings that leaves you wanting to return.
