Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Cape Cod Hyannis

As lifetime titanium elite numbers, we have come to expect more from Marriott, a lot more. This hotel disappointed on every level.||— the in room phone does not work and no one has come to fix it||— there are absolutely no USB ports to charge a phone. I went to the front desk because I was certain I just had overlooked them and was informed that I needed a regular plug for the outlets. As it was Christmas night, no stores were open, but she sold me one for $8.50. ||— the parking fee is $10 a night. December on Cape Cod. Hardly high season. Really?||— the heat in the room on this cold night cycled on and off. Every time it cycled on it sounded like the room was being demolished. It took us hours to fall asleep.||— finally, the attached photo shows would I believe to be mold on the ceilin

Staff was very friendly. The hotel is dated but clean. The pool was gross. The water was cloudy with brown spots on the pool floor. The was disgusting. The powered eggs were closer to fake mashed potatoes and not edible. You definitely tell some accountant thought it was good to save money. Total fail! For $200 a night (the add of fees are brutal) I’d expect a lot better!

The hotel rooms were excellent- and front end check in were professional, helpful, and friendly. My only issue was your breakfast area where there needs to be a dedicated person on duty in the finning area to be helpful to guests who were having trouble operating some of the equipment. As well as on site in finning area to restock empty items as some areas were slow to be refilled.

Fairfield Inn Cape Cod on October 3 and 4, 2025.||||The first day of my stay was excellent — the room was clean, comfortable, and met my expectations. However, the following day I encountered unprofessional and unsanitary conditions that have left me extremely concerned.||||On Saturday afternoon, I approached the housekeeping staff to request clean towels and politely asked that they not clean my room. The housekeeper I spoke to was dismissive and rude. She asked me to place the used towels on the floor, then handed me a trash bag and instructed me to place the towels inside myself. I found this behavior unprofessional and disrespectful.||||Worse yet, on Sunday morning, while drying myself after a shower, I was horrified to discover dried blood on one of the supposedly clean towels that th

A nice average hotel in a suburban surrounding (across the street for a shopping mall). Good free breakfast. Nice staff. Good exercise room. Comfortable bed. The only complaint I can make is they make you pay a daily fee to park in their own ground level lot. Never experienced that before and it seems like a hidden, and unnecessary, add on charge. Otherwise, a nice stay.
