Cape Cod Irish Village at The Emerald Resort & Conference Center

I wish I could give more than 5 stars. In my a moment of crisis for my family we were placed at the resort for a night. All I can say is wow. The staff was so caring and compassionate. Tom the manager was a wonderful and kind person allowing me a space I needed to handle what we were going through and offered the pool for my kids and provided us with breakfast. I can't say thank you enough for the hospitality and compassion.

We recently got married here in August, and our guests are still saying it was the best wedding they’ve ever been to! Cailin and Tom truly treated us like family. When the wind broke our mirror, Cailin rushed to five different stores to replace it. We didn’t even care that it broke—she did it purely out of the kindness of her heart.||They were incredibly responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. Any time I was dealing with vendors, Cailin immediately offered them her number so I wouldn’t have to stress. The food was outstanding—the chef perfected every detail—and the assorted cupcakes were a huge hit!||The entire staff went above and beyond to make sure everyone was cared for, and housekeeping was always top-notch. We had a wonderful time at the Rich Family Association annual reunion at the Cape Cod Irish village. The resort itself is way underrated, and the staff was amazing. Cailin Sullivan, the event coordinator, made our event spectacular. Our suite was outstanding, and the hotel has many amenities, from indoor and outdoor pools to a nice gym, sauna, and golf course. Location couldn't have been better, and the restaurant served amazing food. One cautionary note, avoid the older female bartender for she has a mean temper.

If you want a new, national brand hotel, this may not be your best choice. But if you're happy with nice people and good service and a slightly old, slightly funky, but fun and comfy vibe this could be a place for you.. Maybe in 2027 the management will move, and take the Cape Cod Irish Village name to a nearby location.

Was there for an orchid show in January. The rooms are in dire need of updating, have been for years. The food however is very good. The chef is amazing. Event food was good was phenomenal.
