CAPE COD INN - Hotels in Hyannis

If your looking for no frills, good location, and everything you actually need in a room this is the perfect spot. It’s not fancy and it could definitely use some updating but my few days here were great. No bugs, just one spider that is still happily living it’s like up in the corner and hopefully remains there. As for outside noise on some nights it was a little loud at times but the location is so central to downtown and next to places open late that should be expected, if you want perfect quiet don’t stay in any downtown in any city. The rooms were perfectly serviceable and even though I said no frills they clean the rooms every day and I’ve gotten less than what the cleaning staff did at much more expensive hotels. Positive: The location is so perfect! It's right in the middle of the heart of Hyannis. Restaurants, shops, attractions and the beach are right there. The room was clean and well-appointed. There was plenty of parking. Negative: To speak to someone in the office, you have to call a phone number and then they'll come down.

Great experience during my stay. Exceptional service, wonderful management and great communication. The room was clean and cozy. Very comfy bed. This is an excellent location within walking distance of many local shops and restaurants. Will absolutely stay again!! Thank you!!

We arrived on Thursday 9/7 with no reservation. The gentleman at the front desk was very accommodating. Found us a room and let us check in early. Gave us great information on places to go, places to|Shop, and eat. Was also helpful with directions. The room were very clean, great bedding and pillows. Later when we came back to ask for things the lady was as nice and helpful. Turns out they are husband and wife and owners. |We had fresh towels every day and as we would pass the office they always ask if everything was good and how was our day. |This is located on the Main Street where the restaurants and shops are and only a five minute walk from the Ferry’s to Nantucket and Martha’s Vineyard. |There is also a pub connected to the inn with outside seating. |The prices were excellent as wel

Positive: Location to activity Negative: There was no maid service and after inquiring, they told us that the staff was sick. yet the following day when we were checking out, multiple employees were available and they said they wee told not to come in.
