You have got to be kidding me that they got a good review!!! The rooms stink there is mold everywhere!! I am highly allergic to it!! No phone in the room! It says kitchen there is no kitchen!! They have a microwave & mini fridge!! The manager is very rude!! They steal your things when you leave my perfume very expensive but they left the top!! My food they took what they wanted!! Various clothes items & jewelry!! Someone was picking my things up for me so they took all my bags & left them on the side of the dumpster in the rain!! They are supposed to store your things for 30 days!! The policy are there nightly. I had to call 911 myself twice in 2 nights!! Two different women drunk & drugged up!! That place the state paid to get it looking good on the outside it was done for the homeless in

An American novelty. Pure freedom as it was intended. If you leave a bad review you should probably raise your standards. It is necessary for places like this to exist and when they don’t, we are truly doomed and controlled as a civilization.

This place needs a huge renovation. The towels are dirty the sheets smell weird. The price is good and they don't require a deposit but that's the only good thing.

My daughter and myself had a wonderful stay here for a week waiting for my new apartment. Very convenient location to all shopping and bus lines right across the street take you right to downtown Hartford for easy commute to work or school! The room we stayed in was very clean and had brand new flooring and new desk. Very quiet corner room and dollar general is right next door which we went to often for extra amenities and food items.

Stayed there for two weeks. First off, the carpet had dry throw up that looked like it had been there for days before checking in. Thin walls made it easy to hear people having sexy time two rooms away. Ordered a pizza and had to throw it out the next day because it had mold on it. The room is overly infested. Poor customer service. I asked for soap and shampoo and the owner took four days to give me a partially used soap (no shampoo). The door to the main office was closed when I had to pay, which made it hard for me to go to work. NEVER AGAIN!!
