Great location, 30 minutes from BDL, shopping and dining options available nearby ( mention to your server at the Artisanal Burger Company that you’re staying next door and you will get a 10% discount; when you’re at the restaurant, ask for Kasey. She’s amazing!), spacious and very clean room ( I stayed in room 334), and comfortable beds. Lauren ( front desk) and Lizzie ( the housekeeping manager) were fantastic, friendly, and very professional! Thanks too to Angela, the General Manager, for her wonderful hospitality! I’ll definitely be back! My only issue ( not the hotel’s fault) was with irresponsible pet owners who were too lazy to pick up after their dogs. They allowed their pets to relieve themselves on the sidewalk near the entrance to the hotel and conveniently left the mess for ot

This is an updated review. I posted a somewhat negative review from a stay in July of 2025. On that stay, there were a number of sports teams in the hotel, and we were bothered by a quite noisy room next door. We returned to this hotel twice more in August. On the first stay, I called the hotel before and asked if the staff could help me find a quieter room. The person who answered was very helpful. The room this time was quiet. I should be clear that on all stays, our rooms have been very clean and the beds are comfortable. On my last stay on Labor Day Weekend, I again had a great stay. The room was clean and quiet. The bed was comfortable. I really needed some sleep, and I got it.

Also stayed here summer 2025 during relocation. The rooms are really nice and big and very clean and also the staff is excellent. The hot breakfast that is free is really good and it changes in selections during the week. I was on business, and the suite was so great with the desk and the little kitchenette and the living room area and the big bed and so much room to spread around in and the bathroom was really nice too. Location is also walking distance to all the awesome shops in and around Buckland Hills mall. I enjoyed my stays here.

Would not recommend. Room itself was just ok. Not overly clean...water leaking from the shower head all night. Could not close the Door to bathroom as the bottom of door was warped and got stuck on tile. Front desk attendant rude and unwelcoming. Carpets throughout were torn and seriously stained. At night , the very busy road in front of hotel becomes a racing strip for very loud cars doing burnouts up and down the road keeping us awake for an hour.
