Best Western Manchester

I stayed here twice this week when working nearby. Both hosts were very friendly even when I checked in VERY late- 11pm Wednesday and 1215a on Thursday (Friday morning) Clean room Very comfortable bed. Nice hotel shower. My only complaint would be that all 6 or 8 pillows on the queen beds were extra soft. Just a small fix- Mix in a couple firm pillows for side-sleep Decent price on Priceline Thanks much. Ill definitely stay again

We had a Pirate Event at the Hotel to raise money for Cancer Research. What fantastic Hosts they are. We all had a wonderful time there. Clean Rooms, comfortable beds, great Breakfasts, very helpful Staff. Very reasonable price. Cant wait to return.

This hotel has been renovated, rooms are clean and modern. Service was friendly and accommodating. The breakfast (included) tasted home made and fresh. The location is perfect for exploring the area or visiting a student at UConn. A nice super market is at walking distance from the hotel. Overall a good experience, I will chose this hotel again when visiting Hartford Ct.

I don’t know how this hotel has such good reviews. With this property you get what you pay for - cheap. I only stayed for 1 night out of the 4. • dirty. Every surface when I wiped it with a disinfectant wipe was black. I wiped them down because I had some type of stain on one of them. I was so disgusted. • the sink counter in the bathroom was just as dirty • there is an extractor fan in the bathroom that you cannot turn off. I had to sleep with the bathroom door closed. • the mattress has some kind of plastic sheeting on it and was very uncomfortable. • the night I stayed there was a coach load of young hockey players who made so much noise yelling, banging doors and acting the fool that I had to sleep with the TV on to drown out the noise.
