Mallory Manor Motel

The older lady is always so sweet to me and my husband joshua. Able to stay off rhe streets because of the price. Stayed here many times and will continue to do so.

Everything is broken. Dirty. Bugs all in the beds Sean Mallory was an aggressive person the whole time talking.

Rooms are clean. Owner is helpful. He seems to be mean, but he's genuinely a nice guy, he tries to help you out, get on his good side, and stay there. There's no bugs, not alot of police activity, no random people just standing around being creepy & all drugged out. It's a lot better than most places on west colfax.

I paid weekly from September 2021- November 2021. for the price and the fact they switch owners while I was staying. I was glad I had a place I could afford and not sleep on the street.the only issue I ever had here was rats. Most roaches and bedbugs are caused by other people staying who don't clean. This one room they had to clean after switching owners was terrible. They left it so dirty the owners had to deep clean it and remove everything from that room and replace it.

All though Mr.Kim was very sweet and nice he let me slide with not having enough for one night,well I know why. As my husband and I were getting ready for bed low and behold a A BED BUG YES you read that right!!!! We left and we were refused a refund we took pics and put it in a zip lock baggy to show and he said no. So don't go there not even if your desperate there are other places cheaper and are way more nicer and bed bug free.
