MainStay Suites Ocean City West

This hotel was great for the price. We stayed here for the Oceans Calling Festival. We arrived at 1pm. They were able to check us in early, even though check-in wasn't until 4pm. The smell through the hallways is amazing. Smells like fresh laundry. Breakfast was great. They even had sugar free syrup. Bonus points! Our room was wonderful. I love the kitchenette, even has a dishwasher. Our only issue was the bathroom door. It slides off the track which made it very heavy to move. My back was actually sore after our 3 day stay. The bathroom breaker would trip with the hairdryer on also. But it was an easy fix since the breaker box is in the room.

The Mainstay Suites Ocean City was very nice and clean. The staff were very nice and rooms are spacious with lots of amenities. The room was very quiet and I slept very well. Overall, great stay and I look forward to returning soon.

My room was the perfect room. I travel frequently for work and often especially when I'm there for over a week, I do get sweets that have a practically full kitchen. This room when I walked in I was so happy because it was huge. Lots of stuff nearby. Outlet Mall across the street. Plenty of places to eat. If you're in the mood for a drink and some good food I suggest going to Mickey Finn's right over the bridge. Everything was great and I would definitely stay there again.

Room was great. MainStay has the kitchenette which is perfect for multiple nights stay. Front desk: WILL is amazing and his customer service is impeccable and his is a pleasure to meet. Jessica is great and has a bubbly welcoming personality. |Food: Teresa kept the food area well stocked and the area super clean. She greeted me each morning and works well with her co-workers.|Housekeeping: was prompt with filling requests and didn't disappoint.

Room Was clean and modern, the beds were comfortable. The front desk staff were warm, welcoming and accommodating. The hotel was sold out so breakfast was scarce. I went for down by 7:30am and the pickings were already slim. When we returned for breakfast, at 8;30 the food had not been replenished. There were no eggs, bagels or danish. Waffles were the only other option but guests were making 4, 5 at a time which took 10 to 15 min per person which created a long line and with not much else to eat, everyone was in line. With a sold out stay, there shoukd have been better preparation to feed tthat amount of guests.
