Mackinaw Timbers Cabins

We had our Model T Club stay overnight. We had a great time at the bonfire. Nice quaint cabins. Clean & Comfortable. Great for a group stay.

Cabins are small. Mattress had a high center from where people sat on edge because there is not enough room to put a chair into the space. Could not shut and lock bathroom door, too tight in toilet area. For money charged, only got single ply toilet paper. Small refrigerator, bar sink.

If you're looking for a spot to sleep with a bathroom and shower in the cabin this is a great little place. We could reserve online, management communicates effectively through email. Had a little problem with getting my reservation check in to submit, but I just emailed the management and let them know that we had arrived and the issue I was having with the online check in. Wifi was available, beds were okay enough for our old bones. We came up to enjoy the trails with our side by side. And Mackinaw Timbers was all we needed. There is a map with directions to get to the trails from the cabins. We had a positive experience and a good time. We would stay again.

Very clean and quaint place to stay. You'll take a step back in time with their functional antique appliances and decor. Love the feel of the cozy small cabins and the bigger cabin is like an air bnb. Beautiful and lovely. I'd highly recommend.

Very cozy, comfortable, rustic, " Up North" cabin. Outstanding interaction w proprietor re. access and policies. My only caution is the adjacent road noise - so wish it could be abated. Recommended!! Very much appreciate the complimentary pet policy.
