Well my finance and I had stayed here for 1 month with our dog. The landlord took a $100 PET deposit for any damages caused by the PET. Well when we went to leave and get our deposit back, the landlord came in and tried to tell us that he was keeping our PET deposit for 2 cracked blinds, which were broken when we moved in and we had pictures to prove it. When we stood up to him and showed pictures tell him, no that was like that when we moved in, he got angry, physically confrontational and verbally assaultive, by swearing, yelling, and being physically threating. I would tell you to say high and dry of this establishment unless you don't want your deposit back and want to be threatened when you move out!
Never been there, it's low income housing
No way to tell the quality when they don't answer their phones.
