Holiday Inn Express & Suites Cadillac by IHG

Staff is very nice and friendly. Size of the king bed room is nice and it’s clean with comfortable bed and pillows. Bathroom is nice. However, there’s no where to plug in your phone by the bed without switching the desk lamp with the bedside table lamp. No USB ports. No complimentary water in the room so bring some to use the Keurig. Looked like a good breakfast but no carry outs to bring breakfast to work if you’re not down there in time to sit down for breakfast. I’ve never stayed anywhere that doesn’t have that available. The gym is the size of a walk-in closet-very disappointing. My internet was shut off on my last day prior to check out. Tried to get on at 6am, but it was no longer accepting the password I was given. I will be requesting a different location next time I’m here for wor

I stayed at this Hampton Inn during my route, and it turned out to be a comfortable and well-managed stop. Check-in was quick, the front desk team was friendly, and they handled everything professionally without delays. The room was clean, organized, and felt fresh — the bed was comfortable, linens looked well-kept, and the temperature control worked properly without noise or issues. Great large mobile accessible room. Enjoyed the room. Breakfast was great. Staff was great. Loved the soap dispenser on the wall in the shower.

We stayed at the hotel as we needed to go to the hospital early the next morning. We liked that the location was right off the highway and accessible without there being extra noise. When we arrived we were greeted with warmth and kindness - which was never left unattended, may I add. Later in the evening when we used the pool the front desk was quick to give us pool towels. Granted, the pool is a little small but for our two small kids it was enough. The hotel was quiet for a Sunday evening and we barely heard anything from our room, which we were pleased with. It was immaculately cleaned and smelled nicely. I was especially surprised to see they provided Dove brand products at the sink, including hand soap, and in the shower. Pretty much middle of the road average for a Holiday Inn. Rooms were clean. Breakfast was OK. Location was great. Only bad thing I have to say is that their pool was freezing cold and their “hot tub” was tepid at best and def it needed to be drained and cleaned..kinda gross. Also the overly bright lights in the pool area at night don’t exactly “set the mood” reminded me more of high school gym getting ready to run freestyle competition.
