Lake Cadillac Resort

Absolutely garbage nowadays, stayed here on a few trips each year it’s gotten worse, this trip was enough for us to doubt ever coming back, website shows, continental breakfast and coffee awaits you each morning… nope, roped off, had to ask the guy who was “working” who appeared to have just rolled out of bed in tattered clothes to make coffee… (only decaf in the rooms). He did make coffee that morning but didn’t even have any cups out, I had to go through the cabinets to find foam cups.. the next morning it was just chained off and no one to be found.. also, any other times you needed something no one was around, there is a phone number to call (had to call multiple times to get an answer) also, heated indoor pool advertised, we arrive “nope sorry it’s closed” doors are chained.. Enough

There are positives and negatives to this motel. It is located on Lake Cadillac and we had a room facing the lake. The window was big and the view beautiful. We had a room with a hot tub and that was very nice also. The swimming pool is large and also has a beautiful view of the lake. However, there was only one lamp and a light by the door in our room. There were only two electrical outlets for the whole room. Only one wastebasket. Breakfast was very sparse. And checkout time is 10:00 instead of 11:00. There were no end tables beside the bed to put anything on. The room does have a fridge and a microwave, but no hair dryer and no in room coffee and no 24 hour coffee in the lobby.

Really nice rooms, service, and pool area! They helped me save my daughters birthday party. So kind and nice and extremely helpful! Will recommend to anyone!

Rooms and place in general is fairly decent. Stayed there a year ago and 2 years ago and loved it. Stopped in during this trip and the front desk lady was rude as could be. The crazy part is I never actually seen her. Waited in the lobby for 15 minutes with no one coming out, just a sign saying they'll be back. Cool, no problem, people have jobs to do. The issue came when I seen another sign saying to call a number for help. I called, it rang, she immediately answered.... The issue is that she was literally just sitting in the office, door wide open, I could hear her both through the phone and like she was standing right in front of me. I don't understand why she couldn't at least step out and great us. When I told her we were trying to get a room she, very rudely, told me there wasn't an

This was a wonderful stay, my husband and I stayed there and the worker Ryan upgraded our room free of charge then I spent quite a while that night in the hospital so you gave us a late check out free of charge. Customer service was amazing five stars to the staff member Ryan
