I had such a wonderful experience speaking with Nyai at the front desk of the Luminary Hotel in Fort Myers. She was absolutely amazing in helping me edit my reservation and making sure my upcoming stay was confirmed properly and exactly as needed. Nyai’s communication skills were exceptional — she was clear, patient, and incredibly easy to work with. What could have been a stressful phone call turned into a quick, seamless, and genuinely comfortable experience because of her professionalism and positive attitude. It’s rare to find someone who makes administrative details feel effortless, but Nyai truly did. The Luminary is lucky to have her representing the front desk!

From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by an amazing valet team and it was clear that this hotel was something extraordinary. The check-in process was seamless and warmly personalized. Before I even reached the reception desk, a courteous staff member, Kimberly welcomed me. She offered a refreshing drink and attended to my inquiry on breaking my fast with a recommendation to dine at Ella Mae. Kimberly exudes a peculiar passion in her job, with a touch of sophistication, as there was no waiting, no paperwork hassle; just a smooth, efficient introduction to what would become an unforgettable stay. Exquisite hotel with well furnished rooms and a top notch mini bar. Valet parking and check in were effortless. There are a few good restaurants, bar, and coffee shop options. The rooftop bar was very nice. The hotel is also within walking distance of several great bars and restaurants. For business travelers, there is a conference center right next door. I would definitely stay here again — for business or pleasure.||Pro Tip: Even if you check in on your phone and secure a mobile key, you’ll still need to check in at the front desk so that your key can be granted elevator access.

Definitely one of the nicest hotels I’ve visited in Florida. Came to this hotel for a best friends wedding. The rooms were spotless and the customer service was excellent. All of the bars and restaurants are within walking distance of the hotel which is GREAT. The room service was fast and precise. The valet has your car ready for pick up in less that 4 minutes(Yes I timed them lol) A truly OUTSTANDING experience
