Ludlow Colonial Motel

A previous reviewer mentioned the exterior of the property was terrible, decided to stay and anyway. Well, don't. I thought how bad could it be? The room 112 smelled old and musty. No ice except from the personal supply of the front desk person. Bathroom clean. That's it. Torn bed skirts and covers. Replastered bathroom walls and towel racks. This place should not be approved to run as lodging. Horrible.

Great room for the price close to the mountain. Rooms are huge and friendly staff. The room has everything you would need for a couple of nights. Microwave, fridge and places to hang your wet snowboard clothes. I’ve stayed here before and it has now become a place to stay when I come to okemo. Give it a try

Great location with really pleasant and clean rooms with a microwave, fridge, and big closet to hang wet ski gear. Friendly staff and housekeeping service was excellent Five minute drive from Okemo mountain and a bunch of local places to eat with extremely good food. I have stayed here for the past three years on annual trips and will definitely be back. Highly recommend!

Beware - only stay here as a last resort. My wife & I stayed years ago. Place was charming, quintessential New England, well maintained and clean at the time. New owners have run the place down to the ground. It’s atrocious! What a shame.||||The owner sits at check-in desk. Takes him 20+ minutes to check you in and requires a bunch of unnecessary paperwork. Way behind the times. Pray there isn’t another customer in front of you. Extremely rude and speaks broken English. Lobby looks like it had not been vacuumed in weeks. He quoted my wife one price on the phone and charged us a much higher price upon arrival. Room is clean, and very comfortable. Basic amenities but everything we need. The lady at the front desk is very sweet and attentive. This is family owned and I can see they work very hard keeping this place comfortable and clean. I will definitely be back!!
