We spent three days there — the kids were learning to ski. I’d say the price-to-quality ratio is okay. The huge lines for equipment rental are not okay. The main thing I didn’t like was the lack of space to relax. All the tables in the café are taken by people just leaving their clothes there, so when you want to eat or rest, it’s almost impossible to find a seat. There also isn’t enough seating outside. I would add some separate chairs so people could sit outside and enjoy the scenery, not just use seating for eating. There’s definitely enough space for that.

Don’t listen to any other post below 4 star. the valley area for kids is phenomenal. I have 3 kids 8/5/3. There is no better place to play hooky from school and have a ski day. It’s one of those last mom and pop feel ski spots. I can’t recommend this place more for such an easy place to get up to and have a good time. 30 for kids and 50 for adults for the day. No pass needed with these prices. Try getting this at keystone or vail. Those places are overrated for a ski day with the little ones. This post is for the parents who actually ski with the kids and not drop them off.

Thought this would be great for learning but you have to hike uphill for each lift, they only let 3 on the 4 person lift and the lines take forever. The slopes are ok for learning, it would be better to have a consistent slope instead of real steep and then real flat.

Was super excited to visit this place and was highly disgusted. I’m surprised it shows a 5 star “resort” when the workers are extremely lazy and disrespectful. Thanks for my experience - huge lesson learned to never recommend anyone to spend any money here.

Great place to learn to ski. Be sure to make reservations in advance or you'll be in line forever!
