There are better options. If all you need is a no frills touch up then this will work fine. Other wise there are 2 other options in the River Run Village that have a more consistent product, though admittedly at a slightly higher price. Remember it is a ski town. If you need it done quickly and you want them to pay your equipment closer attention bring a decent 6 pack of beer. You'd be amazed how well this greases the wheels at any time shop you visit.

Had a good experience at Keystone as always. The people here are helpful and the proximity to the slopes can't be beat. Enjoyed Keystone a lot last year; have actually never bought a season pass before but I bought one for this coming season!

Just beginning and fiance is a pro so this place is great, while he rides I can practice and then we meet up at the bar. Proximity to everything is convenient.

So helpful. So fast. They did not overcharge me and set me up with the tune I needed and I picked it up later that day!

Super slow and long wait times. Staff is friendly but doesn’t know how to hustle. Count on a 1 hour plus wait time >9am.
