Hyatt Place Keystone / Dillon

We had a pretty good stay here last weekend. The room was clean and nice, with an openable window and comfy beds. Even though our room was facing the road, the views were still very good and we couldn't hear much noise from the road. The hot tub on the ground floor was very hot but a little bit over chemicalized. Breakfast was decent, except for no forks, cold scrambled eggs and small sitting area (like what other reviews said). The location is unbeatable though.

Positive: Had 3 hot tubs although temp not quite hit enough. Nice breakfast selection. Negative: Parking garage not set up to get luggage cart near car to unload/load. Minifridge was not cold.

When we arrived at7 pm, the room wasn’t ready. They asked us to wait for 20 minutes while somebody clean the room. When you get to the room, the room wasn’t properly clean, not all the minute is worth their period so we had to call them and they delivered us some blankets which were also in poor condition. The next day when we came back to the room around 6 PM, again the room was not cleaned at all. Once we entered the room 15 minutes later a maid came to clean it up so we had to leave the room. When we did come back, the room was in completely cleaned. The shower in the room didn’t work properly. All the amenities and everything was quite old. And we paid premium for this, especially due to pick our period but overall this hotel does not belong in Hyatt lineup.

I am extremely disappointed with my recent stay. I have typically enjoyed staying at Hyatt properties, but this particular location did not meet the standards I have come to expect. The outdoor hot tubs which are the primary reason I choose this hotel were closed for construction. There was no notice on the website prior to booking, which was very frustrating. Had I been informed in advance, I would have made different accommodations. Additionally, there was a broken tile in our room that caused me to slip and injure my knee while getting out of the shower. This presents a clear safety concern. I cannot say enough wonderful things about my recent stay here. From the moment I arrived, the service was world-class. A huge shout-out to David at the front desk, who went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and ensured every detail of my stay was seamless. The entire team deserves recognition—the housekeeping staff kept everything immaculate, and the breakfast waitstaff provided such warm, attentive service every morning. As someone who takes their training seriously, the gym blew me away; it’s rare to find a hotel facility this well-equipped. Following up a workout with a soak in the hot tubs was the perfect recovery. They truly couldn't be better. If you're looking for a place that combines luxury with genuine hospitality, this is it!
