Lotus BLU Inn & Suites

I enjoyed my stay at this Hotel, it was relatively close to Times Square via Train and very accessible. it was clean and good service. I felt secure coming back to my room at night. the only suggestion I have for the Hotel Management is to fill the vending machine in the lobby area, because they were empty, other than that I would go back to the same hotel, if I am in the New York area again.

2 night stay in May 2022. Rooms were reasonably spacious. Furnishings were fine, though seemed perhaps less modern than the hotel building itself.||||Water for hot drinks is obtainable in the lobby, rather than in-room kettle. The surrounding area is gradually redeveloping, meaning while there's a bunch of hotels they're among buildings like self-storage, auto repair etc.

I give 4 stars solely because of the noise coming from outside, The window overlooks the towers of New York, stunning at night. a spacious room with an old air conditioner but works great, a new TV and all the necessary accessories! The toilets are very clean and designed in the modern and new way of today! In short, excellent value for money!

Fairly decent hotel. Cold A/C, large clean room for NYC. Really great location and price can't be beat! Below average, unhelpful customer service. Want a late checkout, say an hour? Forget about it. It'll cost you $20 per hour. Overall, we would consider this again as there are two subway stops close by, the neighborhood is nice, there are several bodegas, bagel joints and a grocery store within easy walking distance.

Booked through airbnb. Great location. Easy access to multiple trains and buses. Lots of delis nearby. However, Staff could be friendlier. Had a quite strong smell of some sort of cleaning solution. The beds and pillows are okay. Overall, quite clean. good choice for a short NYC trip.
