Lodge Geneva National

We booked a two-night stay for Thanksgiving. When a winter storm warning for 8-10 inches of snow was posted, we decided to play it safe and cut our time short, calling on the morning of the day. They were more than understanding and accommodating and made sure that our safety was their priority. It was a wonderful experience, and we will return!

Positive: The rooms were clean and comfortable Negative: Thin walls. Kids were running up and down the hall playing catch at 11pm. Contacted front desk twice before they addressed it. Never apologized. Pool was overcrowded. No chairs or towels and not very clean. Also hotel is under construction.

The lady at check in was very welcoming. She was super nice and explained everything very well when we checked in. We went to the Crafted restaurant inside of the hotel and the food was really good. I would recommend going there if you are up for good Italian food. The server was nice, she was busy so it took her awhile to get to us but her service was also good and everyone at our table gave her a really good tip. :) I will definitely come back to this hotel. Its cozy , especially if you are coming in the winter, next time I will be coming in the summer when the outdoor pool is open! :)

We had a wonderful experience at The Lodge at Geneva National. The setting is absolutely beautiful, with rolling golf courses and peaceful lake-country views that immediately make you feel relaxed. The property is immaculate, thoughtfully designed, and has a warm, upscale feel without being stuffy. Our room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable, with great attention to detail. The staff throughout the resort were consistently friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful—everything from check-in to dining felt effortless and welcoming. I didn't get a room so I can't put anything for you that. Was there for a company Christmas party. Food served was good but a bit unusual. They served brussel sprouts as a side, most people don't like those. But they were good. The dessert was ok. Pumpkin pie. Coffier was just ok. The drinks we got were disgusting mostly. Had to let the ice melt to have it be drinkable. I think they young guys making the drinks didn't quite know what they were doing. But all in a it was a good time.
