Harbor Shores on Lake Geneva

Such a beautiful place right on the lake! We had a balcony king suite and the amenities were lovely. The front desk staff were so pleasant as well as the housekeeping staff. Very friendly. My boyfriend really enjoyed the sauna and we liked the jacuzzi as well. I loved the little kitchenette. It had everything we could possibly need for the room. And the fireplace console made everything so warm and cozy. Will definitely return!

We chose the lake-view room, and the view from the balcony was absolutely beautiful. The room temperature was perfect, and the fireplace provided wonderful, adjustable warmth that made the space even more comfortable. The hotel’s location was ideal—within easy walking distance to the shops. Overall, the value of the room and the entire experience was excellent.

The walls are impressively paper thin, allowing you to fully immerse yourself in the personal lives of the guests upstairs. I've been staying at Harbor Shores for many years as part of their partnership with Creative Memories Scrapbook Retreats. The hotel is always very clean and new, constantly changing decor and amenities over the years. Have been on all the floors in mostly double queen rooms and primarily focused on those events and not too many other amenities as a regularly staying patron would. I have known ladies who have used the pool and hot tub regularly and find it good. Front desk is helpful and courteous. There's a nightly security guard as this hotel like others has 2 public entrances open 24/7. I have felt safe and secure every time. Here are my only dislikes: the bedframes are way too big for a 2Q bedroom and I constantly whack into every one of the corners multiple times. It is just wrong for
