For $339 a week and with it being 2026 & all the new technology you would think they have better WiFi. THE WIFI HERE SUCKS!!! IF YOURE GONNA CHARGE $340 A WEEK WE SHOULD AT LEAST BE ABLE TO HAVE DECENT WIFI!!!! THE WIFI SUCKS!!!! STOP BEING CHEAP!!!!

I came here on a Friday asked for a quiet room the staff gave me a room in the back every night the loud tv music games or what ever is going on a lack of disrespect and disregard of others which they have in the policy I haven’t had a descent night’s rest since I been here talk the manager that’s no good she isn’t doing her job very unprofessional !doesn’t even make eye contact I came in on 12/21/25 and had no rest since it took them from Friday -Tuesday to realize dog poop out there I even stepped in some This place is going down the only one that is doing their job is maintenance if I could get a full refund I would leave immediately!!! Staff extort fines.||Constant Illegal activity, from drugs, to people breaking into rooms.||People Drink, Party, and Act wild outside of every stairwell.||Kids beg for money.||Pur first room had Mold inside of it, as we were getting sick from it. Staff attempted to blame us for mold on the Cieling.||Several people have been locked out of their rooms for nearly 8 hours + as the office closes early often.||Staff are extremely unprofessional, had an employee by the name of Ydera, overcharge me for my room.||People are extremely aggressive who stay here, threatening whoever they please.||A Homeless, or rather, a Refugee encampment has grown outside of their property towards the forest behind the dumpsters in their parking lot. Told them weeks prior, with no solution or attention put forward. |

Do not move here I wish i could do zero stars the staff is very unprofessional they invade your privacy lie about noise complaints if that was the case they would have given us a fine they know it’s a struggle out here for most families and we paid faithfully since September the young chick with the glasses don’t know karma is real they put babies out on Christmas Eve once I find their corporate office number I’m going to complain they said they have the right to enter the rooms at any time so if you plan on being naked keep on your clothes if you book with them they make you pay and tell you how to live you get fined for one dish in the sink they are money hungry

I really do not like this place they do room inspections as if we are in a prison or something, so one of my neighbors had left there room card in there room by mistake and they where not able to access there room until the next morning when there is supposed to be someone for after hours just incase of something like this and they still had to sitting there and wait on until the next day they weren't even able to get any sleep or nothing and they had a full time job that alone should show you what type of people then have working there also before to drive slow if you ever go here because kids are constantly running in front and behind your card as your driving through the parking lot so becarful for sure do not recommend this place at all
