I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and I must say the experience exceeded all expectations. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was warm, welcoming, and professionally managed. A special thank you to Victoria for providing top-tier customer service. She was attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about making sure my stay was comfortable. Whether it was answering questions, assisting with requests, or simply greeting guests with a smile, Victoria went above and beyond to create a memorable experience. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and beautifully prepared. The entire staff demonstrated professionalism and efficiency, but Victoria truly stood out with her exceptional hospitality and leadership presence.

I had a very pleasant experience with staying at this Home2 Suites as this was a birthday trip with two days planned for Six Flags, which is less than 10 minutes from this hotel! I checked in on the Hilton Honors app the night before stating that I would be arriving by 4PM, and when I arrived around 1:30PM the room was already ready! All of the staff members were very friendly and accommodating throughout our 4-night stay. The hotel offers complimentary breakfast, which I found to be pretty good for your average hotel breakfast, this helped me and my travel party with leaving to start our day. I found that the room was very spacious and with three of us travelling we we're all able to sleep in our own bed as the room offered a sleeper sofa. I am a frequent guest at Home2 Suites Lithia Springs, and unfortunately the maintenance of this hotel has become one of the worst aspects of the property. I do not place blame on housekeeping or the management team — the issue lies strictly with engineering. The engineer is frequently seen outside smoking or socializing with other team members instead of addressing maintenance concerns. I was very disappointed to learn that Mariah and Kiana are no longer with the hotel. They were excellent employees and truly cared about the guests. I am unsure who the new gentleman is at the desk. I believe he told one of my co-workers he was one of the managers, but I have an unsettling feeling that he is not trustworthy. From the beginning, communication was unclear and misleading, and it felt like guests were being set up rather than supported. Issues were handled poorly, with blame shifted onto guests instead of taking responsibility. Situations that could have been resolved calmly were escalated unnecessarily, creating stress and discomfort. The owner’s attitude was dismissive, defensive, and completely lacking in basic customer service. Hospitality should be about making guests feel welcome and safe, not confused, pressured, or unfairly treated. Unfortunately, that was not the case here.
