stayAPT Suites Atlanta-Lithia Springs

Family and I came to visit the Stay APT Suites and definitely had a great stay! The place was super cute, and the front desk reception Tiffany and manager Lisa were absolutely awesome and very accommodating. They had great personalities, great conversation, and made sure I had everything I needed during my stay. When you walk in, Tiffany greets you with a big, happy smile, and you can really tell they care about the people they’re renting to. They even remembered my name and lit up every time I came into the office! I would definitely recommend Stay APT suites, and the next time I’m in the area, I will 100% stay with them again.

The hotel itself is well-maintained, conveniently located, and initially appeared to be a suitable option for my family during a short transitional period while our home was being completed. The accommodations were comfortable, and at first, the overall experience met expectations. Unfortunately, despite the property’s positive qualities, my stay concluded on an unfavorable note due to a management interaction. The manager, whom I believe was named Lisa, was pleasant at the outset; however, her demeanor changed significantly when I inquired about extending our stay by a few additional days. At that point, the interaction became abrupt and unprofessional. Throughout our stay, my family caused no disturbances and we never received any complaints. I gave two stars due to poor communication from management….I was put on “do not rent” list apparently after my first reservation due to smoking…that’s cool no problems with that however I stayed there literally two more times after I was supposed to be on this list….Fast forward to my 4th reservation for valentines weekend and they just informed me I’m on this list literally 24 hours before check in…very unprofessional I should have been told after my first stay which like I said I had no problem with not returning if I had been properly informed….the room however is very nice but walls are thin so if neighbors have a dog your going to be very annoyed because you can hear everything….the gym is not 24 hours due to the children having access and playing in there which is unfair to guest wh

The rooms were nice, but the cleaning service was terrible; they never cleaned my room. There were fights in the early morning hours, from 1:00 a.m. to 3:00 a.m., with guests calling the police, thus disrupting our peace and quiet and our sleep. And yet, no one offered us an apology or an explanation. For this reason, this hotel does not deserve its four-star rating.

Very nice room. Very spacious. Literally only 10 minutes from six flags. Honestly a great price for a little weekend trip. Would definitely recommend staying here to everyone.
