My Place Hotel-Lithia Springs, GA

I was here via my company so not sure what the nightly rate was. I’ve been here before in a shared room, opted for my own this time because of the length of stay. Tiny C-Store in the lobby if you forgot something (and a wal-mart not a mile from the building and they will deliver if you have W+) The room I was in had a stove top (great! I can cook my own meals)….however…no utensils or cookware….so that was a bust. No plates or options for them it seems either. Fridge and microwave at least. Room smelled a little off…but couldn’t find anything that would cause it (maybe the AC unit?). It was a decent room for what I needed. Clean in the bathroom as well.

Felicia and all the employees made me feel very welcome. The suite was very cozy and clean. I recommend this hotel to anyone that is traveling to this area because it’s such a well kept and modern hotel.

The presence of cockroaches in a hotel room constitutes a serious health and sanitation concern and represents a clear failure to meet reasonable standards of cleanliness and habitability expected of lodging accommodations. Such conditions render the room unfit for occupancy, prevent any reasonable enjoyment of the stay, and may pose potential health risks to guests. These circumstances are unacceptable and fall below the minimum standards required for guest safety and comfort. Attached are photographs documenting the conditions observed, which substantiate this complaint. This matter warrants immediate attention and appropriate corrective action

Very clean, nice, well maintained rooms! I was extremely happy with my stay. The employees on staff were kind and professional. I was there for business and would absolutely recommend it to anyone considering booking a room. It's worth the money and I felt safe the whole time I was there as well.

Really disappointed with our stay here. We had to stay for over a month and the service, cleanliness and hospitality is really lacking. We had to move rooms due to broken, leaking appliances and both rooms had mold and an odor. Would also not recommend doing laundry in their provided machines, as you’ll pay for machines that do not work properly and management would rather nickel and dime you than help you out as a valued guest.
