Courtyard by Marriott St. Louis Downtown/Convention Center

Ray Perez and his valet team were outstanding! We were traveling with a large family, and they helped us get situated quickly and professionally. When my wife forgot items in the vehicle, Ray handled it immediately without hesitation. He made us feel welcomed and consistently addressed us by our last name, which was a great personal touch. Even with a large crowd waiting, he and his team managed everything calmly and efficiently. Excellent service!

My experience was excellent. Deon gave above and beyond quality care to me and my sister while we were attending a gala. He helped us with our things and make sure that we got them to our destination safely. The front desk staff was also phenomenal and I definitely look forward to coming back to this location soon.

The family was in St. Louis for an event and we chose the courtyard as being central to all the places we needed to go. The building is historic and quite lovely the elevators in the lobby speak of past errors of greatness in St. Louis. Lobby, staff and valet are gracious, friendly, and Knowledgeable. The downstairs bistro was a great place to gather in the evenings or when deciding where to go next. We had drinks down there several times and snacks. There is a living room like atmosphere around the TV where some of us watched a game. The rooms are well appointed my daughter and I shared a Large queen room. The bathroom was updated but maintained a sense of elegance from before. I wish that the kitchen nook had had a microwave as sometimes we brought leftovers back from other meals. Beds

Self parking was a couple of blocks away so not super close. Hotel is older, but the rooms are spacious. It was a good location to us because it was equidistant to the City Museum and Arch which we walked to. We also utilized the super close Starbucks.
