Little Miss Cottages

Stayed in a one bedroom cottage here at little miss cottages and I loved it had to stay here because my apartment got flooded so I'm going back to my apartment on Tuesday at 2 love this place gonna miss it. People so kind here even the owner she's a great help when I needed her help. The one bedroom cottage is so cozy it felt like home to me and now since I'm going back home it's gonna be better I'll miss this place for sure... Thanks to the owner for being nice and helping me out with this one bedroom cottage... I would give this cottage hotel a 10 star if there was one... So kind here.. you don't get that a lot.

The place is way over priced. The breaker kept tripping off we used the stove with the ac on. Not even sure why they advertised streaming devices as the speed is so slow you can't watch anything. Even at 430am the internet speed was bad. On a rainy day, you can pretty much forget about anything to watch. The beds are OK but the cost you pay for this place is incredibly overpriced. I have booked motels with better internet and has a pool for less money. Staff was nice but I wouldn't book there again.

We took a mini vacation last month and spent 3 nights in one of their cottages to celebrate my birthday weekend. The pros: These cottages are definitely in a great location, within walking distance to the beach, are dog friendly, reasonably priced, and are extremely close to downtown OOB, with quick and easy access to all of the restaurants and bars as well as the pier. The cottage itself was decent. We were in cottage #10. The cons: The bathroom was EXTREMELY tiny and the door didn't close all the way. The shower was about the size of a shoe box. There was also no air conditioning or fans in our cottage. They had apparently taken the ACs out for the season, which I feel was a bit premature as it can still get hot in September! The good: short walk to beach. Towels and bed linens were ok. Manager was nice. Dogs were allowed. It was fairly quiet|The rest: the mattress and the couch were in dire need of a trip to the dump. A/C too loud to leave on and still be able to sleep. We paid for 3 nights and left after 2; as much as I love the ocean it was just too shabby and depressing, and we couldn’t sleep one more night on that mattress. The word “dump” comes to mind. We rented Cottage 173 & would have left immediately if there had been anywhere else to go. $2000+ for an 3 night stay, $100 cleaning fee. Our son & his family were visiting from Colorado & wanted to stay in OOB. Housekeeping did the best they could with what they have to work with….spongy bathroom floor, stinky old outdated kitchen cupboards, old rugs that need to be thrown out, rusted bathtub drain, bathroom tiles in disrepair. The furniture & beds were comfortable but I needed a chair to get up into the bed (it sits very high up from the floor). Linens & towels were clean. The odor upon entering the cottage is unpleasant, musty/moldy smell. I cleaned the filters in all 3 air conditioners as soon as I walked in but didn’t have the tools to clean the
