Lincoln Sands Oceanfront Resort, Ascend Hotel Collection

This is the first time I have stayed at this hotel but it definitely won't be the last. The rooms are gorgeous, the view is unbeatable and the staff is the sweetest I have ever come across. We stayed here to celebrate my husbands 30th birthday and when we got to the room they had set up a cupcake, sparkling apple cider and a birthday card for him. This will definitely be our regular place to stay on the coast.

Located right on the beach, the atmosphere excelled. They have a high level of customer service with all their staff. The two ladies who checked us in made our stay so welcoming! All the staff were welcoming, accomodating, attentive, and acknowledged you by saying hello. It's really nice that they do cookies with hot salmon chowder in the evening. And a wide array of hot and cold items for breakfast. We had a kitchen in our suit. Really had no need to go anywhere. Great value for what you pay. We enjoyed being on the beach. They have a fireplace with a fish pond off their breakfast area. A outdoor pool and hot tub. |They are pet friendly and have a little dog play area and bags to pick up your dog waste. Definitely a great place for a getaway.

This is our 2nd visit in about 2 months. Both times we have ended up staying longer then we had reservations for, with no issue in extending our stay.|Both times the front desk staff, Preston and Calli, have given us the best rooms, fulfilling our desires of what we wanted. This time we are in #1106, which is great. This room has an awesome view of the beach. Full kitchen, stove, dishwasher and apartment size refrigerator. King size bed in the bedroom. A queen size Murphy bed in the front room. |There is breakfast available, sausage, eggs, country potatoes, and biscuits and gravy. At 5.00 pm, there is salmon chowder and fresh baked cookies. What a huge benefit, breakfast and dinner covered!|Laundry facility available in the main building, which is cool if you're staying any amount of time

The staff is very helpful and friendly. It is also a great location. It is pet friendly. Light bulbs out in room and a faucet handle leaks. Coffee maker doesn't work properly. I wish it just had a regular coffee maker. Not a small one, just a normal coffee maker. Sincerely, ~J

My husband and I stayed in a one bedroom suite on the 2nd floor. Room was clean and had a balcony with a fantastic view. Tv in the living area and the bedroom were nice. Bed was comfortable, pillows not so much but it was alright for our 2 night stay. Direct beach access, close to restaurants. Only thing we wished the room had was a table. There was nowhere to sit and eat- outside of the couch. Room also needs coat hooks and towels hooks. Office does not have board games- we like to play games when staying in a hotel but no table in the room makes that even more difficult. Free breakfast was nice and good. Preston at the front office was very helpful. We would stay again.
