Liberty Inn

My family and I traveled from central PA for a long weekend and Liberty Inn was the place we chose. While it wasn't fancy or anything like that, it was clean and the staff were incredibly friendly. I was very pleased with my stay. Also, what sold me on our stay was the fact that they included a continental breakfast and held true to their word. I wouldn't hesitate to stay again if our travels bring us back to Conneticut.

You can see this advertised 10 different places for $85. When you get there he says 109. I show him where it says that. He said it was false advertising and when I tried to question that he told me to go to the Super 8. Clean hotel maybe... But seems very suspect. False advertising?

I had a horrible experience with this hotel. I was traveling for a family vacation to the area and i planned to stop at the hotel as a rest stop. I canceled the reservation and did not show up for services. When i checked my card they double charged me for services not rendered. I called to kindly dispute this error on my card and i was rudely told "too bad even if you didn't come we will charge for no show". The management was disrespectful and unreasonable. Please if you value your money, time and sanity do not book this hotel.

You can't beat the price for the area. Check in easy and allowed us to check in early. This is an old hotel with exterior doors, 2 floors, no elevator. The rooms have been renovated. They are a good size,and clean. I liked that there is a table and 2 chairs so 2 people can sit,which is not common in many of the chain motels. The air conditioner works well, is very big and situated in the back of the room so it does not blow on the bed at night. Maid service daily which also is not often found these days. My only issues were there was no tissue box, and its right next to the highway so there's quite a bit of road noise. There is continental breakfast, but we did not use it so I cannot comment.
