We stayed here as part of a youth hockey tournament, and three separate hockey teams were staying at the hotel that weekend—something the hotel was fully aware of when the room blocks were created.|On Friday evening, our team checked in and then immediately left for dinner. We returned to the hotel shortly after 8:00–8:30pm. I don’t know if there was any poor behavior earlier in the evening before our team returned, as we were not present. However, from the moment we arrived back at the hotel, everything I observed was calm and respectful.|When we returned, there was a small group of parents from another team quietly sitting in the lobby talking, some with beers. I went to Seven Winds Casino to get lunch today. The young man said it would be about 12 minutes. But, it took 45 minutes to get my lunch. I ordered a taco salad and my coworker ordered a fish sandwich. Many people who came in and ordered after me were getting their food. I asked twice if they could please check on it. The young waitress was doing her best. A veteran in a wheelchair waited about 15 minutes to pay for his meal. Finally, a manager came to help. I was about to ask for a refund. The young waitress informed the manager that I was waiting.. I told him that I had to go back to work and I could not eat my lunch now. He did not seem fazed by anything. He did apologize but it didn't seem sincere.

First of all, the machines were very tight. Room was comfortable and the beer was cold, but the receipt I signed for the room said $130.00. Imagine my surprise when I reviewed my credit card statement and I was charged $243.00! I called to talk to them and had to leave my number. Imagine that! They never returned my call. I would have given them a better score because the room was nice and came with free breakfast, but I can’t excuse the overcharge.

Although the building looked nice and was well designed there was a lot of smoke smell everywhere. The breakfast was laughable. The eggs were horrible. The pancakes were previously frozen so the edges were hard. The French toast was over cooked as well.

Lodging was satisfactory hot tub was out of order pool closes at 10pm. Casino is smoking🤢 so although the lodge is nonsmoking everything stinks including you after being on the gambling floor. They have a nonsmoking slot section that is very small and most of the machines are broken in there. Bars were under staffed. Employees were working hard and very good at their jobs just under staffed.
