Holiday Inn Express & Suites Hayward by IHG

Our original accommodations for girls’ weekend fell through at the last minute and we booked a room at this hotel. Gwen and Kori gave good customer service. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Common areas were spacious and pool, sauna and hot tub were great. Room was very clean and nice - great shower and mirror! Beds were comfortable. We enjoyed our first night so much, we stayed for a second.

Visited Hayward on a business trip in January, electing to lay my head at this Holiday Inn.||Probably this is the best hotel in the region, for a winter stay. This is a summer town loaded with plenty of resort options, few or none open during January in northern Wisconsin.||For a property so far from “civilization”, this property was clean, and comfortable. Very nice front office staff, Gwen was particularly lovely and accommodating; great local restaurant recommendations and spot on with opinions about local businesses.||My room was very clean quiet and comfortable, I was in the 2nd floor of a two story building. It is right on a lakefront with views of the water, if it weren’t frozen over.||I received text messages assessing my opinion of accommodations, which I normally don’t appreciate

We came here from the twin cities for a hockey tournament for our kids and this was hands down, the best hotel we have ever stayed at. It was our first time in Hayward, WI and the staff at this hotel was absolutely incredible. Professional, friendly, supper accommodating and the hotel was super clean. The lobby was an amazing hang out spot with so much to do. The breakfast was delicious every morning with a fun pancake machine, warm cinnamon rolls and a bunch of hot and cold options. They had a great coffee machine as well that always made fresh ground coffee that was actually really good! We had such a great experience staying here that we plan on coming on our own in the summer months for a family vacation. Can’t say enough positive things! Keep it up staff, you’re doing it right!

Best hotel stay we have been to! Clean, staff are very friendly, great breakfast and the lobby is huge and super cozy. Pet Friendly as well. We will definitely be back!

What a fantastic property. From arrival to departure the staff was fantastic. Very welcoming at the start. Very accommodating during the stay and very appreciative of our business upon departure.||The hotel itself is as clean and maintained as any I have stayed in. Incredible rustic flair but with all the modern amenities. I found the beds very comfortable and the room was in top notch condition. Situated on the shoes of Hayward Lake, it was a place where relaxation began the minute you settled in.|Great breakfast options were presented each day and the breakfast area was spotless. I may sound like I am writing an ad, but must give credit where credit is due. I stay in a lot of hotels, but this one ranks among the best. Small town, beautiful area but top of the line in every way.
